Framing Progressing at Riverview6
The framing is complete on the second floor and crews are starting the third floor framing at Riverview6. The new affordable housing project is going up in Bradenton. Located at 6th Avenue W. and 9th Street W., Riverview6 will offer 80 affordable housing units, a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 601 square feet to 1,085 square feet. The five-story complex will feature 4,000 square feet of commercial space and residents’ amenities on the first floor. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and children’s playground. Completion is expected in Summer 2004.
