Ground Broken at First Branded Residences for Bentley Motors
Dezer Development has broken ground and construction is underway at Bentley Residences Miami, the first residence development with branding of luxury car maker Bentley Motors. The towe, which will rise 62 stories, will feature 216 exquisitely finished residential units, each unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed seascapes, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly implemented throughout. Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car Dezervator alongside all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class services. Completion is expected in 2027.
