Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Boca Raton

 

 

Miami-based developer 13th Floor Investors has plans for a mixed-use development in Boca Raton. Boca Village would include 340 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Plans for the residential component indicate 8,023 square feet of indoor amenities along with a pool and outdoor courtyard. The development plans also include approximately 30,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 689 parking spaces. The location, at the intersection of Yamato Road and I-95, was a parking lot across from the Tri-Rail station.
