Office Tower Planned on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami
Developer One Thousand Group has submitted plans for a 47-story Class A office tower at the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 36th Street in Miami that would include 312,058 square feet of office space. The 635-foot-tall tower will also include 29,109 square feet of ground level retail space and 671-space parking facility. A restaurant and rooftop terrace are planned on the top of the parking podium. The plans will be reviewed by the Miami Urban Development Review Board on October 18.
