Plans Under Review for Eckington Mews
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of two-row houses at 1710 First St. NE. The development would include 26 units that are designed to operate in form and function as rowhomes. The project will retain, renovate, and incorporate the two existing rowhomes with the additional new units fronting a newly created landscaped pedestrian way along the north side of the property.
