Re-Zoning Approved for H St. Site
The DC Zoning Board has approved re-zoning for a roughly 8,500 square-foot site located at the southwest corner of H Street, NE and 8th Street, NE. The site is currently improved with a single-story brick building leased by a convenience store and a dental office. The new zoning allows for medium-density mixed-use development with a FAR of up to 4.2 with inclusionary zoning.
