Site Cleared at Double Branch Mixed-Use Development in Pasco
The site has been cleared and the first phase of vertical construction is slated to kick off in late Q2 2024 with Building B (±202,000 SF rear-load). Formerly known as Pasco Town Center, is a mixed-use development in San Antoinio, Florida. The expansive project will feature 4 million square feet of industrial development, 725,000 square feet of offices, 400,000 square feet of retail, 3,500 housing units and 300 hotel beds on a 965-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Interstate 75 and State Road 52. The first phase, which broke ground in October 2023, includes 2.5 million square feet of industrial and life sciences development along with 100 acres of mixed-use development.
