SW DC Development Site Trades for $29.5M
JBG Smith has sold the development site located along M & South Capitol Streets SW between the Navy Yard and Southwest Waterfront neighborhoods of the District to WC Smith for $29,500,000. Plans for the site call for a two-phase project to include over 600 residential units and over 23,000 square feet of retail space. In September, WC Smith filed documents with DC's Zoning Board to request a two-year extension on the approvals of the project.
