Tampa Apartment Community Acquired for $94.36 Million

 

 

Utah-based real estate firm Bridge Property Management has acquired Seven Lakes at Carrollwood for $94.36 million according to Hillsborough County records. County records also indicate that Bridge Property Management obtained a mortgage for $70.55 million from M&T Capital Realty Management. Seven Lakes offers 397 newly renovated studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center and clubhouse. The location in the Carrollwood area of Tampa is close to shopping, dining and recreational venues.
