Walls Tilted on One of the Buildings at East Tampa Commerce Center
The exterior walls have been tilted on one of the buildings as construction moves forward at East Tampa Commerce Center. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
