Work to Begin on New West End Community Center
One Way Development has pulled a permit to begin converting the former J. Pace & Son space at 75 Blossom Court in the West End. The fit-out will include new office/workspace, pantries, building support spaces, and a commercial Kitchen. MGH acquired the property in 2022 for $9M and agreed to create a new community center on the site as part of their campus now under construction along Cambridge Street. MGH leases roughly 9,000 square feet of office space within the building and will move departments out of the building to make way for the community center's future expansion.
