Ancora Engineering, PLLC was established in 2018 and has grown to be a leading engineering firm servicing the greater New York City Construction Industry. The company was founded by James Patterson and Stephen Lampard after a long-established relationship was built at Domani Technical and Design Services. Stephen, former Vice President of Technical Affairs, and James, former Director of Engineering, founded Ancora with the intent of cultivating a culture that fostered a diversity of thought and embodied professionalism at its finest. Gregory Moormann was onboarded as Director shortly after the company was founded to expand the company’s offerings into both special inspections and geotechnical services. With over 50 years of combined experience with our leadership, Ancora is prepared to provide the most suitable solutions for any project.
