Amenity Spaces Coming Together at The Sudbury
While interior finishing is ongoing for the luxury residential units at The Sudbury, work also continues for the install of the building's pool. Along with the pool offering amazing views, residents will have access to a fitness center, clubroom, and sky lounge and terrace. The Sudbury will consist of 368 apartment units and 55 condos. The first units are expected to open this spring.

Draper Elevator Interiors completes Uniquely designed Elevator Cabs at the Moxy Hotel
Draper Elevator Interiors collaborated with Group One Partners to design, fabricate and install four highly custom elevator cabs at the Moxy Hotel in Boston's theater district. The hotel boasts a fun industrial-chic decor throughout the building, the elevator cabs are no exception. Custom back-lit blackened stainless steel bumper rails highlight antique mirror glass rear wall panels. Each elevator has its own unique image which can be seen peering through a 3D keyhole slot, creating a "backstage" theme.

Construction Continues for Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport
Construction continues for the Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport. Framing is rising for one of the towers while facade install is ongoing on the other. The 21-story building will include 746 standard rooms and 278 innovation rooms. Hotel guests will have access to meeting and event space, a spa, a fitness center, and 400 off-site parking spaces. With the Boston Convention Center being a main draw to the hotel, there will be access to the BCEC via an existing underground tunnel.

With pre-leasing now underway, construction is wrapping up at Gables Seaport. The 307 unit luxury building offers units ranging in size from 467 square foot studios through 1291 square foot 2 bed/2baths. Amenities will include a 10,000+ square foot 3rd-floor outdoor amenity deck, pool, expansive lounge with co-working areas, and fully-equipped fitness center. First units are expected to open this spring.

Interior finishing is now underway for the 28-story tower at 290-292 Main Street in Kendall Square. The building will feature 450 housing units for graduate students ranging in size from studios through 2-bedrooms. On the lower 5 floors of the building office space will house MIT’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship program, the admissions office and a childcare facility. Construction is expected to wrap up in December of this year.
