Hearth is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of homelessness among the elderly. This mission is accomplished through a unique blend of prevention, placement, and housing programs all designed to help elders find and succeed in homes of their own. To this end, all housing operated by Hearth provides a creative array of supportive services that assist residents to age with dignity, regardless of their special medical, mental health, or social needs. Hearth believes these goals are best accomplished through respect for elders and staff, with the desire to see both achieve their highest degree of potential.

Plumbing Permit Pulled for Hearth at Four Corners On March 16th, prior to the Mayor's order to halt construction plumbing and gas permits were pulled for The Hearth at Four Corners in Dorchester. The upcoming 4-story residential building will feature 54 affordable senior apartments. A multipurpose room will also be located on the building's first floor that will be used for resident dining and recreational activities.

Wood Framing Ongoing for The Hearth at Four Corners Wood framing is ongoing for The Hearth at Four Corners along Ronald Street in Dorchester. The soon to be 4-story building will feature 54 affordable senior apartments just steps from the Four Corners commuter rail station. Units will be primarily one-bedrooms, 52 in total, with 2 studios rounding out the building.

A multipurpose room will be located on the building's first floor that will be used for resident dining and recreational activities.

Hearth at Four Corners Financed for $20.1 Million Hearth at Four Corners in Dorchester has been financed for $20,105,000 via Citizens Bank at Hearth, Inc. The approved four-story residential building will contain 54 affordable senior apartments, including two studios and 52 one-bedrooms. A multipurpose room will be located on the building's first floor that will be used for resident dining and recreational activities.

Hearth at Four Corners, 54 new Dorchester affordable senior apartments, approvedAt Thursday (November 17th, 2016)'s board meeting, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved Hearth at Four Corners. Located in Dorchester steps to the Four Corners/Geneva commuter rail station, the $17.6 million project will construct a new four-story residential building containing 54 affordable senior apartments.
