Facade Install Ongoing for Hilton Hotel at South Bay Facade install is now underway for the Hilton Hotel at the South Bay Center. The 6-story hotel will feature 130 guest rooms plus parking for 77 vehicles. The building is part of the redevelopment of the 10 acre South Bay Center in Dorchester. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2020.

The new 7-story building features over 139,000 square feet of office space plus around 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. 


500 Ocean Avenue

Dryft Restaurant Opens at 500 Ocean Ave. in Revere Dryft is now open as part of the mixed-use project at 500 Ocean Avenue in Revere. The waterfront property features 305 apartments plus ground floor restaurant retail space including the home of Dryft. The 140 seat restaurant will feature a premium raw bar and classic New England seafood selections. Italian-influenced pasta dishes will also compliment the seafood theme. An additional 100 seats are planned for a large outdoor bar area to be added in 2020.

500 Ocean Ave. Set to Welcome First Residents in Early November Finishing touches are underway for the first set of units at 500 Ocean Avenue along Revere Beach just North of Boston. The project will include 305 units in total currently ranging in price from $1950 for studios through nearly $5000 for 3 bedroom homes. Steel Framing Nearly Complete for 1785 Columbus Avenue Steel framing has reached what will be the top (7th floor) of the upcoming office building at 1785 Columbus Ave. The project will feature over 139,000 square feet of office space with around 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the building will be used by Horizons for Homeless Children for childcare and administration. The building replaced a vacant warehouse and auto body shop formerly on the Roxbury site.
