Steel Framing Ongoing for 321 Harrison Ave
Steel framing is ongoing for the 8-story addition being added to the parking garage at 321 Harrison Ave. The new building will feature 232,500 square feet of Class A office space along with numerous tenant amenities including a fitness center, roof terrace, and 4,000 square foot "living room". The existing lobby that connects the garage with neighboring 1000 Washington St. will also be reconfigured and renovated to serve both buildings.

100 Hood Park Drive Taking Shape
The new garage/retail space within the Hood Park Development in Charlestown is taking shape with exterior work nearly complete for the front half of the project. The building will offer parking for over 900 cars plus 50,000 square feet of lab and 24,000 square feet of retail space. The garage will also include a solar array on the rooftop and will be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations in 50 of the parking spaces.

An 8-story office building is being built on top of the existing 3-story parking garage. A certificate of occupancy has been issued for The Harvey in Charlestown. The luxury apartment project features 177 rental units along with over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, just steps from Sullivan Square. Resident amenities include an outdoor courtyard with city views, a fitness/yoga studio, a social lounge, and a dog wash station.

Plumbing Permit Issued for 321 Harrison
A plumbing permit has been issued for the new office tower under construction at 321 Harrison Ave. in the South End. The eight-story, 232,500 square foot addition is being added on top of the existing 300 car garage currently on the site. The existing lobby that connects 1000 Washington Street next door to the garage is also being reconfigured to accommodate the elevator core for the new building, thus connecting both buildings and serving as a shared lobby.

Interior finishing is wrapping up for Charlestown's newest luxury residential project, The Harvey. The 177 unit project is expected to welcome first residents in mid-August. Units at The Harvey range in size from studios at 475 square feet starting at $2215 per month up to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes featuring over 1,000 square feet of living space renting for over $4,000 per month. Resident amenities include an outdoor courtyard with city views, a fitness/yoga studio, a social lounge, and a dog wash station. The Harvey is targeting LEED Platinum-certifiable.

321 Harrison Refinanced for $164.66 Million
The property at 321 Harrison Street in Boston has been refinanced via Goldman Sachs Bank for $164.66 million.
The eight-story, 232,500 square foot office building is under construction on top of the existing three-story, 300 car garage at 321 Harrison Avenue.
The resulting 11-story building will be approximately 150 feet tall and will feature a new glass curtainwall facade. The Roman numerals III II I (3 2 1) will be incorporated into the curtainwall facing the Massachusetts Turnpike, a nod to the building's address. The existing garage will be retained. Approximately 2,500 square feet of retail or gallery space will be added to the existing garage's street level.

Work Ongoing in Garage for Addition at 321 Harrison Avenue
Construction is ongoing on the lower levels of the garage at 1000 Washington Street to allow for the addition of an 8 story office tower on top of the garage. The new tower will include around 216,000 square feet of office space in this busy South End location. The project also calls for a new lobby to connect 1000 Washington with 321 Harrison Avenue.

Facade Install is Underway for The Harvey (and Parts of it are Yellow)
Facade install has begun for The Harvey along Rutherford Avenue in the Hood Business Park in Charlestown. The building will be clad in terra-cotta colored rainscreen panels, including a sunny yellow on the interior courtyard facing section of the facade. Architects, CBT designed the building to both emulate the scale and proportion of the existing industrial structures along Rutherford Avenue while serving as a bold and inviting gateway to the revitalized Hood Business Park.
The six-story, 177-unit residential building will also feature 10,500 square feet of retail space and parking for 90 cars and 172 bicycles. Construction is expected to be complete later this year.

The new building will house 990 parking spaces along with 75,000 square feet of retail, office, and lab space. 100 Hood Park Drive is part of the 20 acre Hood Park redevelopment, just behind the upcoming luxury apartment building The Harvey, also under construction along Rutherford Avenue.
