Trellis Group LLC is committed to the principles of New Urbanism, which is reflected in the updated design for 1486 Tremont Street. The project has been redesigned by Hacin + Associatesto utilize the site’s topography and enhance integration with abutting structures, improve the parking plan with only inside garage spaces, and to create a substantial increase in usable open space for the building’s residents. The project will provide more first floor retail space that will enhance the sidewalk life of Tremont Street. The architecture has been inspired by many of Mission Hill’s local buildings and is intended to complement the neighborhood.
