150+ Units Planned for Dupont Circle Office to Resi Conversion

National Real Estate Advisors have filed plans for the redevelopment of the office property at 1625 Massachusetts Avenue NW. The development would feature 157 apartments with the existing underground parking garage remaining in place. Plans also call for all new windows and rooftop amenity space.
