17+ Acre National View Project Wins Key Approval
has won approval for a Zoning Map Amendment for their proposed mixed-use National View Project. Plans for the 17+ acre site call for around 1,400 multi-family units, 374 senior living units, 120,000 square feet of retail and office space, a 204-room hotel, and a 50,000-square-foot medical clinic. With the rezoning approved the development team will now seek approval for 3 specific site plans for the development.
