280 Units Approved at Eastgate Shopping Center
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved plans for a multifamily project on the 11.8-acre property at the corner of Little River Turnpike and John Marr Drive. The 6-story building would include 280 residential units along with 11,220 square feet of ground floor retail on the ground floor. Plans also call for roughly 24,000 square feet of new open green space.
