300 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned in Quincy Center
Atlantic Development has submitted preliminary plans for a 7-story mixed-use project at 119 Parkingway in Quincy Center. Plans call for roughly 300 residential units above a 14,000-square-foot grocery store space and two additional retail spaces for a bank and cafe. The project would also feature 2 courtyards and resident amenity space with a roof deck. In 2022, The City of Quincy did have plans to acquire the site, currently home to an IHOP, to construct a 1,000-space parking garage.
