300 Unit Quincy Mixed-Use Project Now Under Review
Plans are now under review for a 7-story mixed-use project at 101 General McConville Way in Quincy Center. The development would include 301 residential units, a mix of studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms with several amenity spaces. Plans also call for a 14,000-square-foot specialty grocery store (Trader Joe's) and two additional retail spaces for a bank and cafe. Plans also call for 323 residential parking spaces, 187 spaces for the retail space, and 477 city parking spaces.
