340-Unit, Two-Building Multifamily in Planning For Framingham Parking Lot
has filed plans for a 2-phase redevelopment of 63 and 75 Fountain Street in Framingham. Plans call for a renovation of the 4-story 63 Fountain Street and the construction of a new 5-story apartment building featuring a total of 340 units across square-feet of residential floorspace.
The project is located next to 's previous project, the completed Bancroft Lofts.
