4-Story Distribution Warehouse Receives Zoning Approval in Central MA
Bluewater Property Group and Bay Colony Property received approval for a zoning change to allow for a multi-story distribution warehouse to be built at 53 Sturbridge Road in Charlton, MA. The development will feature a 2,800,000 SF, 4-story warehouse - the first in New England - on a 674,485 SF development site.
