$42.6M Permit Pulled for Mattapan Mixed-Use Project
Dellbrook has pulled a permit valued at $42.6M to kick off construction on the Mattapan Station Redevelopment Project. This first building in the project will feature 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial and amenity space with 135 apartments above and a 70 space parking garage. Phase 2 of the project calls for a smaller, 4-story, 9, unit condo building. 50 existing surface commuter parking spaces on-site will be replaced and new green space also created.
