520 Unit Square 695 Project Approved
The DC Zoning Commission has approved plans for Square 695 along South Capitol Street. The new building will feature 520 dwelling units, ground floor, and rooftop amenity space, and approximately 272 vehicle parking spaces. Of the 520 units, 20% (or 104 units) shall be two- and three-bedroom units with no studios planned on the property. The development will also include a dog park located below the freeway to the north of the building.
