60 Units Planned for Lowell Church Conversion
ZR Development Group has presented plans for the redevelopment of the former St. Loius de France Parish property in Lowell. The site presently consists of 4 buildings including the church and a 100-year-old school building. The developer intends to repurpose all the buildings except the rectory and service garage which will be demolished. The conversion will include 61 multifamily units, 6 single-family homes, and 1 duplex unit for a total of 69 residential units.
