$93.4 Million Construction Loan Issued to Approved 300+ Unit Lynnway Development
has secured a construction loan valued at $93,400,000 for 800-810 Lynnway with redevelopment of the Lynnway Flea Market set to begin. The first phase of development will feature 320 units across a new 6-story building. In total, the project will feature 550 multifamily units across four new buildings.
