Allston Multifamily Goes Vertical
The multifamily project at 40 Rugg Road in Allston, named Harper, is going vertical. The development is set to include two 6-story buildings featuring 265 rental apartment residences and 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space. Resident amenities will include a top-floor roof deck, lounge, and community gathering spaces and a fitness center. The first units are expected to open in Spring 2024.
