Building Permit Application Filed for Apartment Community in South Tampa
A building permit application has been filed for a new apartment community planned in the North Hyde Park neighborhood of south Tampa. The new community will add 76 apartment units along with 3,800 feet of ground retail space. NoHo Flats Phase II will feature 50 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom apartment units ranging from 690-1,413 square feet. The new development will be constructed alongside NoHo Flats, an existing apartment community that includes 311 apartments and amenities including a pool, clubhouse and fitness center.
