Cannabis Retail Project Approved for Cleveland Circle
The Boston ZBA approved Happy Valley, a cannabis retail location at 1937-1939 Beacon Street in Fenway. Sold this April for $3,250,000, 1937-1939 Beacon Street was the site of the former Boston College-area Mary Ann's tavern and features 1,900 SF of retail/restaurant-zoned space facing Cleveland Circle. The building abuts a CVS and sits on a 2,047 SF lot with included surface parking.
