The exterior frames of the buildings are up at Douglas Grand at Telecom. The 19-acre multifamily project will consist of 331 units throughout two 4 story apartment buildings and one three-story townhome building. The property will include two garage buildings and six covered parking pavilions. There is a total of 334,597 sq ft – including an 8,322 sq ft-club house. Amenities include a co-workspace, yoga room, kids play area, exercise room, pool pavilion, a courtyard pavilion, and a dog park. The location in the Telecom Business Park is close to several businesses and has easy access to I-75.
