Construction to Begin on Approved 228-Unit Brighton Development
A building permit valued at $47,715,853.00 has been issued for the approved Avalon in Brighton, kicking off the first phase of the project's development. Phase 1 will feature a 6-story, 180-unit building, with the final project featuring two new LEED Silver-certified buildings with 228 total residences on a 3.3-acre parcel located steps to the MBTA Green Line and Brighton Center.
