Construction Update: Artemas Apartments
Wood framing is progressing for the Artemas Apartments along Norman Street in Everett. The 396-unit multifamily will feature a mix of studio through two-bedroom apartments with 59 units designated affordable. Amenities will include an indoor/outdoor Sky Lounge, clubroom, fitness center, co-working, pub room. The building is expected to open in winter 2024.
