DC Mayor's Office Reissues RFP for Reeves Center Redevelopment
Effective December 2, 2022, the original RFP issued for the redevelopment of the Reeves Center has been canceled. The city has now issued an updated RFP with a submission deadline date of January 20th, 2023. Per the filing documents, the DMPED is committed to keeping this project on track to break ground in the summer of 2025. Details on the 2 previous plans submitted for the site can be found here.
