Demolition Underway Ahead of 22-Story Mixed-Use Project in Downtown Brooklyn
Demolition is now underway ahead of a 22-story, mixed-use development, set to rise at 370 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn.
Developed by , the new building will contain residential condo units as well as square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a cellar level, a storage area for up to 53 bicycles, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the development will stand feet tall and total square feet. The structure being demolished is a 4-story, mixed-use building.
