Developer Lands $48.6M for Astoria Mixed-Use Project

Developer and general contractor, , has just obtained a $48.6 million loan for a 6-story, mixed-use project, set to rise at 2-24 26th Avenue in Astoria, Queens. Issued by Popular Bank, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from start to finish.

The building will primarily contain residential space, offering rental apartments. Plans also call for 18,249 square feet of community facility space (possibly to be used as an art gallery), and an open parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Spanning  square feet, the property has already been rezoned and demolished in order to make way for the new development.
