Permits Filed for 22-Story Mixed-Use Project in Downtown Brooklyn
Building permits have just been filed for a 22-story, mixed-use development, at 370 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain residential condo units as well as square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for a cellar level, a storage area for up to 53 bicycles, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 4-story building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
