Dev Lands $35M Loan for 10-Story Mixed-Use Project in Morrisania
Developer and general contractor, , has just landed a $35 million loan for a 10-story, mixed-use project, going up at 1049 Washington Avenue in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. Issued by Kearny Bank, this influx of capital will help to fund construction costs.
The building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, 33,177 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The new development replaces a single-story, commercial building, which has already been demolished at the project site.
