Permits Filed for 10-Story Apartment Building in Morrisania
Building permits have just been filed for a 10-story, mixed-use development, at 443 East 165th Street in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed and constructed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, 33,177 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-story commercial building, is being demolished in order to make way for the new development.
