Permits Filed for 8-Story Mixed-Use in Fordham Heights
Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, mixed-use development, at 2067 Anthony Avenue in the Fordham Heights neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed and constructed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments. Plans also call for 2,202 square feet of community facility space, which will be located on the ground floor and used as a daycare center.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Three (connected) single-family houses, spanning 3-neighboring lots will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
