Developer in Agreement to Purchase Everett Land Assemblage
The Davis Companies is in agreement to purchase the Exxon Mobil waterfront land assemblage along the Everett waterfront. The Everett Land Assemblage features 95.5 acres of industrial property across 4 parcels spanning Beacham Street, Robin Street, South Farm Road, and the Everett waterfront.
The site is located in close proximity to the SKY Everett, 35 Garvey Street, The Mason, and the Encore Casino.
The largest parcel is 64 acres and bounded by Broadway to the west, the tracks servicing the Newburyport/Rockport MBTA line to the north, and Beacham Street to the south. The site currently feature industrial oil storage tanks and vacant land.
