Exterior of Parking Garage Complete at The Aston at Town Center
The exterior of the parking garage is complete and the framing is up to the fifth floor as construction moves forward at The Aston at Town Center. The community will bring 278 luxury units to the Saint Johns Town Center. The development will consist of one 5-story apartment building, one 6-story parking garage, a clubhouse with fitness areas, a resort-style swimming pool, a courtyard, and a dog park. Completion is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
