Exterior Walls Up on Two Buildings at East Tampa Commerce Center
The exterior walls are up on Buildings 200 and 300 and the roof is on Building 300 at East Tampa Commerce Center. The slab for Building 100 is nearly complete as construction moves forward. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
