Fit-Out Begins for Google Store at 149 Newbury
Shawmut Design & Construction has pulled a permit valued at $1,772,801 to begin the fit-out for the upcoming Google retail store at 149 Newbury Street. The scope includes portions of the 1st floor along with inventory/storage space on the 2nd floor. The new construction, One Four Nine Newbury development, features luxury retail and office space located on an iconic Boston street corner in Back Bay.
