Foundation Pour to Begin for 9-Story Tower within Clarendon Hill Redevelopment
A permit has been issued to begin the foundation pour for a 9-story, 168-residential tower within the Clarendon Hill project in Somerville. The redevelopment of the site calls for a 1 to 1 replacement of all existing 216 affordable units plus the construction of 80 new permanently affordable units and 295 market-rate units.
