Hyattsville Affordable Multifamily Trades for $39.5M
The Washington Housing Conservancy The National Housing Trust have acquired Hamilton Manor in Hyattsville for $39.5M. The 245 unit complex features a mix of 1-2 bedroom homes on a 4+ acre site. The purchase was made possible through the Prince George’s County Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Right of First Refusal Program. The community at 3342 Lancer Drive is managed by JBG SMITH, a real estate agency that supports WHC’s mission to disrupt a market cycle that leads to displacement and offer stability so residents can focus on their future, instead of the uncertainty of escalating rents.
