JAG Begins Demo of the Former RCA Building
Jefferson Apartment Group along with general contractor, CBG Building Company has begun demolition of the former RCA building at 1901 N. Moore St. in Arlington. The demo will make way for a 27-story mixed-use luxury high-rise to include 422 apartments and 11,000 square feet of prime ground-floor restaurant and retail space. This trophy building will be situated at the foot of the iconic Key Bridge and will showcase unimpeded views of the nation’s capital, National Cathedral, and Potomac River.
