JLB Partners Acquires Bethesda Development Site for $20M
JLB Partners has acquired the site at 8015 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda for $20,895,350. The developer has won approval for a mix-use project on the site to replace the Lutheran church and three single-family homes on the site. The new project would include 224 apartments, 73 live/work units, and up to 6,000 square feet of co-working space.
