JLL Tapped to Spearhead Leasing at Office Tower in Brickell Business District
The JLL Office Agency Leasing Team has been selected by developers Key International and Sterling Bay to lead the leasing efforts at 848 Brickell in Miami. The new office tower will offer 704,000 square feet of Class A office space and 7,500 square feet of retail space. The 51-story tower will rise 761 feet and include 1,065 parking spaces. The location is within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, The Shops at Mary Brickell Village and the Miami Avenue entertainment district. The Metromover station, which provides access to multiple downtown stops, Metrorail, Tri-rail and Miami International Airport. An existing building, which houses Key International’s headquarters, and contains 100,000 square feet of office space is on the site.
